Sexual Incident Response Definitions

  1. PSB – problematic sexual behavior is broadly defined as any sexually based concern that does not stop with basic intervention

 

  1. Adjudication – a person who has been found to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. The adult equivalent is a conviction.

 

  1. Impacted student – the student who might be perceived as the victim in a given situation.

4. Student of concern – the student who is the subject of the SIRC process due to their behavior.
