Critical Incident Response 

The High Desert ESD is commited to assisting our community. Whether in the classroom, on the playground, or out in the community, we have a team of trained responders who are available to provide support to our students, staff and families. We are affiliated with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) who trained our staff on the Critical Incident Stress Management model. 

In partnership with Deschutes County Behavioral Health and Saint Charles Medical Center, the High Desert ESD also provides volunteers who can respond to requests for critical incident response within the greater community. This is an incredible partnership that allows our members to work alongside some of the best in Deschutes County!
