School safetyCentral Oregon School Safety is a regional partnership of services through High Desert ESD dedicated to enhancing the safety of students in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties. Together, we train, educate, and support local school districts and educators in their work to make schools safe and welcoming for all students.

For the 2025-2026 year, the High Desert Education Service District Safety Team has been hard at work supporting our schools. For the first 9 months of the school year we have been busy support our local schools ensure our schools, communities and families are safe and supported.
